LadyKonstantine has been cleared and deemed no longer a suspect nor a thief. Evidence was provided of her account to TemplateMonster in form of video, which is very hard to manipulate, as the evidence provided shows very clearly the ownership of the layouts, LadyKonstantine is not a suspect nor a thief. This evidence can be viewed here if anyone wishes to see it.

The layout templates are exact to the layouts selling in her shop. She claimed in another thread that she made the graphics herself:
Fragrance: did you actually make this? all the graphics ?
LadyKonstantine: Yes i made the Graphics using Photoshop.
She was asked again in her shop thread:

She officially replied to claim by saying "The Patrol and its team has no proof or evidence of its accusations because there is non because i am legit."
Update:
After being confronted with the claims, LadyKonstantine said this in a group post:
"Infact Templatehelp is a sub site of Templatemonster (The main flash purchasing site)
ruther more the designers at Intellectual Property each take various different names and builds up their work portfolio to entice more people to buy more products for example many flash designers will work under the same name such as ''Ares'' to build up the names products therefor giving a wider range of authors to choose amongst, witch is also why you will not find personal site/info about the author other than what they can do and they are best in (you will also not see Her/him).
I would like you to get in touch with templatemonster and ask them about the designer Alexandra and see what templates come back and if i am infact the designer of the templates witch i am, after that is done i would like an apology."

"Alright, in regards to the Flash, I wondered if they were actuallly selling them on that site that's linked, or given for free. I find it interesting that (If you are infact the artist) that you would sell on that site for almost 70$ yet have no issues selling them on Imvu for less then 20k which is what? 10$? Somehow I doubt that's just because of the kindness of your heart."
LadyKonstantine replied:
"Because i wouldn't be able to sell on here if i sold them as high as i am selling them on templatemonster,templatehelp,websitetemplates.bz or any other sub site. you are forgetting one main point though, i am not selling the fla file of the flash (that is the editing file) on the other sites for real money i do sell it along with HTML; .PSD;.FLA;.SWF sources, on here you can not edit the flash it is merely for show and i am the only person who has access to edit the file, that is why i have also included pop ups in the flash so people have somthing to personalize with in the template.
On an other note i am more than happy to develop never seen before flash layouts instead of using my old fla files if any doubts my skills with working in flash.
*Still waits for my apology*."

"As for the flash layouts, I think it would be better if you developed a flash file based on the ideas and specifications we give you.
This will prevent you from finding a random flash template and claiming that you made it.
IMVU is full of thieves, so it is our job to look after one another and confront all scammers.
I apologize ahead of time if you truly are the owner of those templates, but we need evidence before considering you legit."
LadyKonstantine replied:
"I dont see how you telling me how you want a flash layout to be made has anything to do with if i own the other layouts but sure why not PM me what you want for the layout and be specific, Also bare with me because if you are asking for somthing that is time consuming i will of course need the time to complete it. & then my offical apology when it is done?"
It is unknown if any such layout was created. But after a couple of days, LadyKonstantine posted:
"Would you Hurry up and Contact TemplateMonster or any of its sub sites because i am getting pretty annoyed with this you cant just put somone on that with out proof now could you please contact them and ill be waiting for a sorry after its done. :|"
Qwerty then contacted TemplateMonster asking for clarification if Tequila, Mercury and Hugo were the same person or not, like LadyKonstantine has suggested. After a few messages back and forth, TemplateMonster failed to confirm or deny if they were the same person or not, with TemplateMonster saying they will investigate and "take appropriate actions" to any illegal selling of their products.
LadyKonstantine replied:
"Arh, that question is very simple there isnt a 'log in' nor is there an 'account' for freelancers nor for resident designers, there is an affiliate program which is were other sites are able to sell our products from there sites to earn commission so that is why i cannot do that. see template monster and template help gets a percentage of the money that is earned from our sales because they hosted the files for people to a hold of and then we get a percentage of the sale ourselfs for our work and design there isnt a log in apart from the templatemonsters and template-helps admin log in to update new products etc and i am not an admin i simply sell my work using their hosting power because i know they have alot of site traffic. also we will see how it plays out when nothing happens because i am legit."
Over a week past and LadyKonstantine posted again:
"Not talking huh ? Ohwell i guess as the weeks and months go by and you see no change then maybe you will say sorry. :\
One more thing "Reason: Stealing various Flash layouts" you really should have "Suspected of stealing various flash layouts" seen as there is no proof what so ever because the simple fact of the matter is i am legit as you will see when templatemonster does nothing about it because i have already spoke to Steve.
I guess ill just wait but you really should change the reason because you have 0.00% fact nor proof, am i right or wrong?"

"I'm more than happy to say sorry, I honestly am, but Konstantine, you did say if we contact templatemonster, they will tell me those three authors are the same person and that they are you - which they didn't. I know that's not your fault about their actions but I'm unsure what else we can do to get proof as I know I've done what you suggested which didn't go anywhere. It's great for you that this "Steve" spoke to you clearing your name, but we've not not heard anything.
I've been a victim of theft multiple times over and over again. It's horrible seeing someone claim and sell work you put all the hard work into. I'm sure you can at least respect the fact there are those looking out for artists and their work. No one targets people and makes up reasons to do so. View it from our point of view: A new layout creator comes onto the forum out of nowhere selling layouts for less than 10k being sold on a different website for over $50 under different author names. I'm sure even you have to agree looking from where we are that it looks odd.
Now, you have explained reasons why for all this and I think these explanations should be added to the post, publicly showing you defending yourself. But until we get either a confirmation from Hugo, tequila, mercury or templatemonster saying these are all the same person or that you are them, I'm sure you can appreciate we cannot just take you word for it. If we did this for everyone we meet, then thieves will get away with everything. We cannot make exceptions and take your word for it over any one else saying the same thing. I hope you understand what I mean by this.

We do say 'suspect' before the username and then say why the user is a suspect. It is silly to say:

When we've already said suspect in the line above.
As I've said though, the post should be edited to say your defence. I can do this myself personally if you want later when I'm back on my computer (I'm currently on a different computer).
Lastly, I am open to trying any new ideas to help clear your name. I went back and forth with templatemonster for you and I'm willing to try again if you have any ideas to get them to say what we want, but I do need your help and ideas."
As of yet, there has still been no conclusive evidence to prove nor disprove LadyKonstantine and so until any substantial evidence on either side is produced, LadyKonstantine will remain a suspect. But the matter is still ongoing.
